Partnership with other educational institutions is already quite intense in the program. The program has been seeking scientific collaboration in order to create collaboration networks where the group collaborates with the intention of producing knowledge. Two scientific collaborations have already been identified: NEPE research group at Ifes, Campus São Mateus-ES, Petrobras/ UFES (postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering) / UFES (Postgraduate degree in Energy);
For internationalization, the recent partnership between the group of professors from the Postgraduate Program in Energy with the Technical University Montanuniversität Leoben - Austria (MUL)/ PRH UFES (along with the Master's in Chemistry) strongly contributes to internationalization. The group of Australian researchers visited UFES, Campus São Mateus-ES, on June 14, 2019. Profs. Holger Ott and Riyaz Kharrat are from the reservoir engineering field, the first of whom is the coordinator of the University's Petroleum Engineering programs. The topics covered were: agreement, exchange, research and carbonate rocks.
